At WellXTech, we are committed to delivering premium wellness technology with the highest standards of quality and service. In compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection regulations and to ensure complete customer confidence, the following return and refund terms apply to purchases made within the State of Qatar.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or not functioning as per manufacturer specifications, the customer must notify WellXTech within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible cases include:
• Manufacturing defects
• Physical damage not caused by misuse
• Incorrect product delivered
Upon verification, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law.
Change of Mind
Given the nature of wellness machines and large equipment, returns due to change of mind are subject to the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be intact
- Installation must not have been completed
If installation has been completed, the product will be considered used and may not qualify for return.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:
- Inspection approval
- A restocking fee (if applicable)
- Deduction of delivery and installation charges
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personal wellness gadgets once opened
- Products that have been installed and used
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
Inspection & Verification
All return requests are subject to inspection by WellXTech’s technical team.
If the product is confirmed defective:
- Replacement or repair will be arranged at no additional cost
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and inspection or transport fees may apply.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Refunds may exclude:
- Delivery charges
- Installation fees
- Restocking fees (where applicable)
For bank transfers or cash-on-delivery purchases, customers may be required to provide valid bank details.
Warranty
All products sold by WellXTech are covered by manufacturer warranty in accordance with international standards and Qatar regulations.
Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Technical malfunctions not caused by misuse
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by improper use
- Electrical damage due to improper voltage supply
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Installation & Acceptance
Upon installation and demonstration, the customer or authorized representative will be requested to sign a delivery and acceptance form. This confirms that the product has been received in good condition.
Compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law
WellXTech operates in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008 and its amendments.
Customer rights under applicable law are fully respected and protected.
